West Wyalong is the main centre and largest town in the Bland Shire, which forms part of the Riverina region of NSW. The town has more accommodation for travellers and more shopping than you would expect in a vibrant town of just over 3,000 people. The town has a rich history of gold mining and the crooked Main Street reflects these early days as it follows the original bullock track that curved around trees and gold diggings.
